Hello From Whistler

We had a beautiful drive down 99 the Sea to Sky Hwy. Fraser River Canyon was spectacular! The highway was very twisty and turny! Including a number of hairpin curves and 14% down grades. The breaks only got a tiny bit hot thanks to the Allison transmission. Eddie says it was good practice for the coast road. Tomorrow won't be quite as fun as the road is twined from here to the end in Horseshoe Bay.

I don't know when we will be able to check in again as tomorrow we are in a provincial camp ground and will hopefully be in one on Vancouver Island as well.

It is 10 to 10:00 and it is dark. Only the third night we haven't had to put the dark towels over the bedroom windows in order to have darkness to sleep in.
