Hello From Whitehorse

The drive from Fort Nelson to Liard River Hot Springs was truly the most breath takingly magnificant drive so far. Banff and Jasper National Parks were beautiful, but that stretch of highway was unbeleivable! Liard Hot Springs have been left natural. All that has been added is gravel on the bottom so it isn't muddy, a board walk on one side, and a small waterfall that you can sit under. We dry camped there for the first time since we had our little tent trailer.

The drive from Liard to Teslin Yukon was again a very nice drive. We stopped in Watson LAke and put up a sign in Sign Post Forest. Over 71,000 signs have been put up since a home sick US service man put the first sign up in the early 1940's during construction of the Alaska Highway.

We arrived in Whitehorse today and will tour around tomorrow before heading to Dawson City on Wednesday.

I had hoped to post a bunch more pictures but the internet is painfully slow. Hopefully I can try tomorrow morning or it will be better in Dawson.
