Tonight we are in Brandon Manitoba.First night since Illinois that we have had internet. We had a wonderful visit with Beth, Claire, Patrick and Gary on Wednesday night and Janet and Matt and their girls on Thursday night. About 3/4's of the camp ground in Shakopee Minnisota was under water and we passed through areas of flooding in both South & North Dakota. We could tell the water was not supposed to be there because of the reeds, fence posts, hydro poles and occational building in the water. Waters here have gone down some but the sand bags still line the river. Oh yes, the GPS took us down a dirt road and the 5th wheel and truck look like they went through a swamp.( Those are Ed's words.) Ed hopes to wash them at Theresa's on Monday. Something is wrong with Outlook on the main computer so until I can copy my address book I can't send e-mails. We're having  a blast!!

Another simply glorious day! The windmill and Dutch village just what we came to see! The windmill is an authentic working windmill that came from Holland about 1963 and was reassembled on site. They grind grain a couple of time a month and sell ther flour in the gift shop. Baught a beautiful hand carved candle at the village. Tomorrow off to Rockland Illinois then Shakopee Minnisota, then headed for Manitoba. Pictures below. Next post in a few days.
